Meghan Skelly

DVM Small Animal and Large Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Meghan Skelly completed her undergraduate degree at Cornell University, receiving a bachelor’s in animal science. She continued her Studies there, receiving her DVM from the veterinary school in 2020. She then returned home to the twin tiers to begin practicing here at Troy Veterinary Clinic. She is also one of the current owners of the practice. Dr. Skelly enjoys mixed practice, splitting her time between both the large animal and small animal sides of the practice, with a special interest in equine reproduction. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 sons, and her animals. She also enjoys many outdoor activities, reading, and cooking in her free time.

Michelle Warren

DVM Small Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Michelle Warren is a graduate of Delaware Valley University, where she earned a BS in Animal Science. She received her DVM from Oho State University (1999). When not practicing, she is the proud mom of 2 adult boys and a teenage daughter. She has a flock of chickens and 2 cats. She has been an associate Veterinarian at Troy Veterinary Clinic since 2021.

Marsha Rosanelli

DVM Small Animal and Large Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Marsha Rosanelli started working at the Troy Veterinary Clinic in May 2007 immediately after graduating from Veterinary School. She became a part-owner of the Troy Veterinary Clinic in January 2018. She grew up on a dairy farm in Southeastern Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree at Delaware Valley College and received her DVM at Mississippi State University. Dr. Rosanelli is the mother of 2 children. She has a small beef farm with her husband Bill. In her free time, she enjoy s hiking outdoors, and gardening.

Megan Sweppenheiser

DVM Large Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Megan Sweppenheiser is a large animal associate veterinarian and has been working for the Troy Vet Clinic since 2021. She attended undergrad at Penn State and completed veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin. Dr Sweppe has a strong interest in equine dentistry and attended the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Idaho. Her other interests include equine lameness and calf health. In her free time, Dr Sweppe enjoys hiking, hunting, attending Penn State football and hockey games, and traveling.
