|Dr. Dean Elliott|
Dr. R. Dean Elliott B.S. in Animal Science from Ohio State University 1974. D.V.M. from Ohio State 1978 and joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in 1978. He has a Dairy Production Medicine Certificate from Penn State University. He has a special interest in all things associated with dairy production. These include dairy cow and heifer nutrition, facility design and remodeling, transition cow problems, quality milk production, including milking systems, and dairy operation analysis and record evaluation. Dr. Elliott has a life-long love of horses and enjoys trail riding Willie, his Quarter horse gelding. Dr. Elliott has been married to his wife Liz since 1975, has two grown daughters and two granddaughters. He lives on a small farm, has a flock of sheep, two horses, one dog, and barn cats. Liz and Dean are active members of the First Baptist Church of Troy.

Dr. Seanna Brown Graduated from the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After practicing on her own, she joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in 2000. She works primarily with large animals, but also works at the small animal clinic once a week. She especially enjoys working in the field of reproduction. Dr. Brown lives with her husband, five dogs, four horses,two birds, and beef cattle. You will frequently find her traveling with her "truck dogs" , Bittle and BB.

Dr. Marsha Rosanelli Graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She began working for the Troy Veterinary Clinic after she graduated. She works at the Small and Large animal clinics. Dr. Rosanelli, her husband, and two children Annie and Billy have two coonhound's named Copper and Ginger.

Dr. Nate Tussey joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in May of 2013. Graduated from Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Tussey works at both our Large and Small animal clinics. He has one dog named Ruger. When not at work, he enjoys being outdoors with family and friends, camping, and hiking.
Tina, a Licensed Veterinary Technician, joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic small animal in May of 1986. She is originally from Wyalusing. Tina is married with two daughters, Sophia and Gabrielle. She also has three dogs (two ShihTzu's and a boxer) and two cats. Tina and her family enjoy picnics, camping and traveling.
Cindy joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in 2007. She works as a receptionist at both the large and small animal clinics. Cindy also assists with the billing department. In her spare time she enjoys her grandchildren, modern square dancing and camping.
Lisa is the Office Manager at the Small Animal Clinic. She joined the clinic in July 2008. Lisa has resided in Canton all her life. She has three children, three grandsons, two horses, one dog, two cats and 9 chickens. An avid horse lover, she enjoys trail riding, and anything to do with horses. Her other interests include gardening, cooking, hunting, fishing and family get together's.
Jackie is the Practice Manager at our Large Animal Clinic. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician who joined Troy Veterinary Clinic in August 2009. She graduated from Manor College in Jenkintown, PA. Born and raised in Canton, PA, she is married and has two sons. She has four horses, two dogs and two cats. She loves playing volleyball and is also a volleyball referee. She also enjoys camping and riding her horses.
Shauna is a Veterinary Assistant at the Small Animal Clinic. She joined Troy Veterinary Clinic in the fall of 2010. Shauna is actively involved with Rainbow Riders, Therapeutic riding for the handicapped. Shauna is married and has a daughter. She has two cats, Ellie and Emmitt. She enjoys being outside and also spending time with family and friends.
Marcia joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in Winter of 2011. Marcia works as a receptionist/assistant at our Large Animal Clinic. Marcia is married with a daughter named Sheridan. She has a dog named Buttons, a cat named Puddin, five horses, a pony, and a Donkey. Marcia enjoys horseback riding, driving her draft horses, and spending time with her family and friends.
Tim joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in May 2013 assisting with accounts payable and payroll. He enjoys working three days a week since he is in a partial retirement situation. He and his lovely wife Pat have three children and five grandchildren. They also have two dogs, Quincy and Kiah. Tim enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Steph joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in October of 2013. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and graduated from Alfred State College of Technology in May of 2010. Steph has a son. She has two dogs named Dixie and Bud. Steph enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
Michele joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in March of 2016. She works as a receptionist at our Small Animal Clinic. Michele has three sons. She has two cats, one dog, and a lizard named Charlie. Michele enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles play.
Noelle joined Troy Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist at the small animal clinic in June 2017. She is married to Jesse and has 2 daughters Holly and Hopie and a stepson Hunter. Noelle loves spending time with her family & friends, camping, having game nights, and making others laugh.
Hannah joined the large animal practice at the Troy Veterinary Clinic in November 2016. She works as a receptionist/vet assistant. She has a cat named Charlotte and a boyfriend named Matt. Hannah enjoys showing cattle and being actively involved with Matt's herd of registered Holsteins.
Bailey started here at Troy Veterinary Clinic in late November 2017 as an intern. After graduating from VetTech Institue she became part of the team as a Veterinary Technician. In her free time she enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with friends/family, playing with her 2 pet rats and cats, and watching Netflix.
After a 9 year career in nursing/direct care, Jonnie joined the team here at the Troy Veterinary Clinic as our apprentice groomer. He is very excited and thankful to be working along side such a talented groomer, Stella.
In March 2017, Stella joined our team here at Troy Veterinary Clinic as our full time groomer. Her love of animals gave her the passion to start grooming over 18 years ago. She came from Nancy's Animal House after the owners retired, closing the business.
